U.S DESIGN PATENT APPLICATION FOR BLACK EYE™

The Standard is pleased to announce the following product news.


The Standard has now officially applied for the U.S design patent for the Black Eye™ Endoscopic Marker. Black Eye™ is a sterile, non-pyrogenic ink designed to be used as an endoscopic marker for marking polyps and lesions in the gastrointestinal tract.

The purpose of this patent application is to protect its unique packaging design. There are four items that we have applied for U.S design patent, and the title of inventions are as below.

a. TUBE CONTAINER FOR CONTAINING A SYRINGE STORING MEDICAL STAINING COMPOSITION b. BLISTER PACKAGING FOR CONTAINING A SYRINGE STORING MEDICATL STAINING COMPOSITION c. STORAGE CONTAINER FOR CONTAINING 12 TUBES d. TUBE CONTAINER FOR CONTAINING A SYRINGE STORING MEDICATL STAINING COMPOSITION



Black Eye™  is provided in the 5 ml syringe and each syringe is sterilized and prefilled to be ready to use. Since Black Eye™requires a special packaging, we designed and developed it independently.

The Standard expects that this patent will protect our unique packaging which was specially designed for  Black Eye™ Endoscopic Marker.
